 Wally Van Cleave founded Sausalito Foods over a decade ago out of his love of gourmet cooking and fine dining. Utilizing his industry contacts, Wally developed a relationship with one of the premiere olive importers and packers in the US. Confident that he could provide premium food products, he launched the Sausalito Foods brand. Sausalito is known for the quality of their olives, proprietary brine and their exceptional ingredients for olive stuffing. In addition to olives, Sausalito offers cocktail onions and dirty martini juice. Today, Sausalito products can be found as a private label store brand in large grocery chains, co-branded for larger food distributors, in gourmet food boutiques, liquor stores and online.
